  • Session 1 – Leadership Lessons: Nehru to Modi

    We, the participants of the 11th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad (BCS), hereby pledge to change the colonial mindset, imbibing the leadership traits from Nehru to Modi, creating a new identity of Bharat globally.

  • Session 2 – Priorities After Pandemic: What Young India Wants?  We, the participants of the 11th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad    (BCS), hereby urge all the state governments to allow universities and colleges to adopt the hybrid learning model in offline and online mode with immediate effect.

  • Session 3 – Saving the Environment: Too Much Talk, Too Little Action

    We, the participants of the 11th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad (BCS), hereby appeal to the government of India to include the youth in policy implementation at the block, district, state and national level for conservation and enhancement of environment.

  • Session 4 – Celebrities & Stardom: The Good, The Bad & The Ugly

We, the participants of the 11th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad (BCS), hereby appeal to the government of India to entrust the celebrities with the responsibility to ensure involvement of intended beneficiaries in the flagship programmes such as Make in India, Skill India, Digital India, Stand-up India etc. 

  • Session 5 – Indian Economy: Beyond the Blame Game

    We, the participants of the 11th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad (BCS), hereby appeal to the government of India and the state governments for speedy implementation of New Education Policy with the objective of inclusive economic development

  • Session 6 – Social Media: The Emerging Superpower

    We, the participants of the 11th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad (BCS), hereby pledge to use the social media responsibly by utilizing the emerging tools to enable the reach of government schemes and policies for the betterment of society and evolve as a robust social media community. 

  • Session 7 - Declining Sanctity of Public Institutions - Fact or Falsehood?

    We, the participants of the 11th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad (BCS), hereby appeal to all the stakeholders to ensure the resilient & democratic spirit of public institutions towards better utilization of physical & human infrastructure, thereby, strengthening India’s vibrant democracy.

  • Session 8 – कृषि बिलों का विरोध क्यों?

    We, the participants of the 11th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad (BCS), hereby appeal to the stakeholders to deliberate on the existing impasse to pave the way for new agricultural policy that will ensure food security, farmers’ betterment & environmental conservation.

  • Session 9 - International Relations: Reconciling with Neighbours

    We, the participants of the 11th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad (BCS), hereby resolve to initiate a Dakshesh Chhatra Sansad (South Asian Students’ Parliament) for meaningful dialogue and deliberations amongst youth of neighboring countries to promote democratic leadership and thereby, evolving as a force multiplier for the region to achieve peace and harmony. 

    Session 10 – राजनीति में युवा: भ्रम और यथार्थ We, the participants of the 11th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad (BCS), hereby resolve to create a National Youth Commission for channelizing the positive energy of youth towards making Bharat a Vishwa-Guru in the 21st century.
