BCS RESOLUTIONS

• We, the student leaders of India, assembled here for 6th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad, hereby appeal to the Government to introduce New Policies to control the population Growth Rate in India which are concurrent with the current socio- economic status of the country and to implement them with immediate effect.

• Session 1 : Strong States for Stronger India

• We, the student leaders of India, assembled here for 6th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad, hereby appeal to the Government to make the provisions for creating and strengthening cooperative federalism in India and create stronger to ensure the decentralization of power from financial, social and political perspective.

• Session 2 : Spiritualization of Politics: A vision or an illusion

• We, the student leaders of India, assembled here for 6th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad, hereby appeal to the Government and all the politics in India to create an environment for ensuring the spiritual upliftment  of politics leaders in collaboration with established spiritual institutions like art of living or Patanjali Yogpeeth, so as to propagate value based politics resulting into better governance.

• Session 3: Nation Integration through Culture & Constitution

• We, the student leaders of India, assembled here for 6th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad, hereby appeal to the Government to make fundamental duties enforced by law so as to ensure that people in India protect the sovereignty, integrity and unity of our nation.

• Session 4: State of Preparedness: Military Vs Police

• We, the student leaders of India, assembled here for 6th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad, hereby appeal to the Government to make military and Police Service well equipped and be prepared for any contingencies without and political interference for their effective long term functioning.

• Session 5: Political Governance through the Eyes of Corporate

• We, the student leaders of India, assembled here for 6th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad, hereby appeal to the Government to facilitate ad environmental that will focus on skill development from an early age while effectively implementing and monitoring innovative Initiatives like Start- up India.

• Session 6: Politics of Political, Electoral & Judicial Reforms

• We, the student leaders of India, assembled here for 6th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad, hereby appeal to the Government and all the political parties to enact and implement electoral and judicial reforms keeping Board National Interest as the Sole Criterion.

• Session 7: Will Income & Crop Security Seal the Fate of Farmers?

• We, the student leaders of India, assembled here for 6th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad, hereby appeal to the Government to craft and implement the Agricultural Reforms that will secure the fate of the farmers’ crop insurance and realistic minimum support price while taking into account the dependability on Monsoon.

• Session 8:  Is Globalization a Necessary Evil?

• We, the student leaders of India, assembled here for 6th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad, hereby appeal to the Government to adopt planned and well thought a scientific Approach for Industrialization and Globalization while retaining core value system of India.

• Session 9: Oscars, Olympics & Nobles: Still a Distant Dream?

• We, the student leaders of India, assembled here for 6th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad, hereby appeal to the Government to invest in R&D, create an infrastructure and environment for higher manifestation of human aspirations and constructive  creativity in the field of sports, Arts, Science and Technology which will result in developing a new – Culture in India.   

• Valedictory Session

• We, the student leaders of India, assembled here for 6th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad, hereby appeal to the Government to introduce Academic Institutions which can be termed as Indian institute of Leadership across the nation those will provide education on political ledership, democracy and governance.

• Special Resolution

• We, the student leaders of India, assembled here for 6th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad, hereby appeal to the Government and all the political parties  to avoid from creating issues and controversies over the life, work and contribution of yester years leaders that will in any manner malign their image in the eyes of Indians.

• We, the student leaders of India, assembled here for 6th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad, hereby appeal to the Government to and all the political parties to adopt minimum formal education criterion for all the politicians ensuring the exposure of educated citizens to the domain of politics leading to a more effective and innovative policy making.

• We, the student leaders of India, assembled here for 6th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad, while remembering Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar – Principal Architect of the constitution of India, in his 125th birthday anniversary year, appeal government to initiate a discussion that will aim at realistic revision of the current reservation policies.

• We, the student leaders of India, assembled here for 6th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad, hereby appeal to the Government to substantially increase that percentage of the budget that is spent on the education, research and development and the Innovation in India.
