  • Session 1: Fake News and Social Media: A Lethal Combination

  • We, the participants of the 9th BCS, demand that education departments of all state governments should develop a curriculum in Higher Secondary Education to empower teen-agers to identify fake news and to take up remedial actions against Fake News on Social Media.

  • Session 2: Indian Economy: Post Demonetization and GST

  • We, the participants of the 9th BCS, demand that the Union Government should prepare a time-bound action plan for inclusion of poor people and rural areas in the Digital Economy. Without penetration, access and ability to use the Digital Technology, radical measures such as Demonetization and GST will not be successful.

  • We, the participants of the 9th BCS, appeal to the Celebrities and Social Icons to campaign against Crime against Women without political bias and not to endorse or promote the misogynist advertisements / programmes and sexism in the public places, movies and any other mediums.

  • Session 4: One Nation One Election: A Step Towards Great Governance

  • We, the participants of the 9th BCS, appeal to all the political parties and Election Commission of India to work towards evolving a consensus on rationalizing frequency of elections in India. The resources saved should be utilized to strengthen governance mechanism.

  • We, the participants of the 9th BCS, resolve not to vote in the forthcoming Lok Sabha election on the basis of Caste and Religion. We demand that the Central Government and all the State Governments must implement The Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013 in letter and spirit.

  • Session 6: Judicial Turmoil: Disquiet and Dissent of Indian Judiciary

  • We, the participants of the 9th BCS, appeal to the highest authorities in Indian Judiciary to uphold its autonomous vis-à-vis the Executive and Legislative in order to maintain democratic ethos of the country.
